Yes. Cancel from your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. We never bill you again after that.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly, per their policies. Contact them through your store; we cannot process refunds ourselves because we never receive the money directly.
